How much will I receive for each rental?
As an owner, you set the price of your rentals on the platform through the settings menu of your listing.
To know how much you will receive, you just need to deduct Sukhaboat’s commission percentage, which is 20%, from the price displayed on the website.
This commission percentage is fixed and remains the same regardless of the rental amount. It is calculated on the rental price of the boat, including any extras.
When is the commission deducted?
The commission is deducted when you are paid for the booking.
Payments for each booking will be made from the 1st to the 5th of each month for bookings made and completed between the 1st and the 31st of the previous month.
Until the reserved activity is completed, no payment will be made to the owner to ensure the renter’s security.
Where can I find the commission invoice?
At the time of payment, you will receive the Sukhaboat commission invoice by email.
This invoice shows the amount of the Sukhaboat commission, including VAT.
The time frame for receiving payments will depend on your bank and geographical location; generally, it will be between 2 to 5 days once the transfer is made.
After this period, if you haven’t received the transfer, we suggest checking that the IBAN registered in your account is correct, and if you still haven’t received your payment, please contact us through the contact form.
What happens if my booking is canceled?
At Sukhaboat, we have three cancellation policies. You must choose one when you publish your boat, and if the client cancels the booking, we will proceed according to the selected policy.
Depending on the policy, a different amount will be refunded to the client. If you receive any amount from the canceled booking, you will be charged 20% of that amount. If you do not receive any payment, no commission will be applied.
If the cancellation is due to adverse weather conditions, we will try to find another day to carry out the activity. If no suitable date can be found, the client will receive a full refund, and no costs will be incurred by either party.
